A little about me

Hi, I’m Justine. I’m an award-winning marketing strategist and public speaker specialising in AI, content, and brand growth. I combine creativity with commercial strategy to help scale-ups and established brands grow with clarity and purpose.

After starting out as a freelancer and facing countless rejections, I built a portfolio that took me in-house from early-stage startups to a global tech company before returning to fractional work to help businesses scale smarter. Today, I work alongside my mum, renowned business mentor Lenna Lou, leading partnerships and marketing at The L Factor Ltd while advising clients on marketing transformation and leadership visibility.

In 2024, I took my storytelling skills to the stage, speaking about AI, ethics, and bias in marketing. My work was recognised when I was named a Top 20 Marketing Influencer by Technology for Marketing.

My mission is simple: I help brands tell smarter stories that drive real commercial results, powered by creativity, strategy, and curiosity.
