Hey there, I'm Justine. I get along with people who don't call me Justin so watch out for the e.
I've been in marketing for almost 7 years. I started as a freelancer after a career change to build my own portfolio after getting tons of rejections. Finally went in-house at an early stage startup then joined a global tech company before going fractional again.
Now? I'm working for my mum who's an award-winning business mentor and doing fractional marketing work! I'm on the content marketing side of things, but I understand commercial goals so I'm a nerdy creative that gets the business stuff because I work closely with sales, product and marketing to get the messaging on point.
In 2024, I un-introverted myself so hard that I became a public speaker on all things AI, ethics and bias.
Through my work as a fractional marketer I oversee both strategy and execution for teams that need extra marketing muscle. My mission? To help brands get the commercial value they deserve by telling the right stories on the right channels.

I’ve dabbled a bit in e-commerce just for fun, and I enjoy doodling, painting and designing posters.
